NURSE TANK MODEL 8660

The Model 8660 is a round straight barrel tank ranging in capacities from 1600 up to 5000 gallons. This model is standard with 12-gauge 304 stainless steel shell, full-length 10 gauge 304 S/S sills, flanged & dished heads and baffles, 16” S/S manhole, 2” vent fitting, 8” x 8” S/S box sump, 1½” sight gauge and heavy-duty S/S ladder.

Smaller capacity tanks are available in models 8640 and 8650.

NURSE TANK MODEL 8755

The Model 8755 is an elliptical straight barrel tank ranging in capacities from 500 up to 5000 gallons. This model is standard with 12-gauge 304 stainless steel shell, full-length 10 gauge 304 S/S sills, flanged & dished heads and baffles, 16” S/S manhole, 2” vent fitting, 8” x 8” S/S box sump, 1½” sight gauge and heavy-duty S/S ladder.

The Model 8670 is a round double conical tank, designed for complete drainage. Standard sizes include 1200, 1600, 2000, 2400, 2950, 3200 and 3600 gallons. This model is standard with 12-gauge 304 stainless steel shell, full-length 10-gauge 304 S/S sills, flanged & dished heads and baffles, 16” S/S manhole, 2” vent fitting, 6” x 30” S/S trough sump, 1½” sight gauge and heavy-duty S/S ladder.

NURSE TANK MODEL 8775

The Model 8775 is an elliptical double conical tank, for low profile and designed for complete drainage. Standard sizes include 1600, 2000, 2400, 2800, 3200 and 3600 gallons. This model is standard with 12-gauge 304 stainless steel shell with a 10-gauge S/S bottom, full-length 10 gauge 304 S/S sills, flanged & dished heads and baffles, 16” S/S manhole, 2” vent fitting, 6” x 30” S/S trough sump, 1½” sight gauge and heavy-duty S/S ladder.

-Option to add pipeline, sparger and washout.

DOT Tanks: We manufacture round or elliptical tanks ranging in capacities from 500 up to 4,500 gallons, constructed to D.O.T. 406 specifications. This model is standard with 304 stainless steel shell, flanged & dished heads and baffles, Full-length S/S sills with cross members and outriggers at heads and baffles as required, full-length overturn protection with 1½” drains,16″ S/S manhole with 10″ fill and approved D.O.T. venting, capacity indicator rod with (1) disc, S/S bottom sump, one (1) static knob on inside leg of overturn protection near manhole, mounting boards attached to sills and D.O.T. mounting lugs shipped with tank. Tank left in a natural finish with exterior weld seams polished. Tank tested to D.O.T. specifications. Also available in aluminum. Also available as a DOT 407 specifications tank, design to withstand 25 PSI. Pressure and vacuum venting included in this model.

DOT TANK OPTIONS - Stainless steel or aluminum fenders, expanded metal on top for walk surface, D.O.T. bumper, D.O.T. lights and wiring, Ladder, cabinets, mechanical emergency valves, pipelines, multiple compartments with double bulkheads.

DOT 406 TANK MODEL 8614

The Model 8614 round design tank ranging in capacities from 500 up to 4,500 gallons, constructed to D.O.T. 406 specifications. This model is standard with 304 stainless steel shell, flanged & dished heads and baffles, Full-length S/S sills with cross members and outriggers at heads and baffles as required, full-length overturn protection with 1½” drains,16” S/S manhole with 10” fill and approved D.O.T. venting, capacity indicator rod with (1) disc, S/S bottom sump, one (1) static knob on inside leg of overturn protection near manhole, mounting boards attached to sills and D.O.T. mounting lugs shipped with tank. TANK MODEL 8615

An elliptical shape tank with the same standard specifications as Model 8614. Also available in aluminum construction.

DOT 407 TANK MODEL 8614

Also available as a DOT 407 specifications tank, design to with stand 25 PSI. Pressure and vacuum venting are included in this model.

Bulk Storage Tanks: 304-L or 316 grade Stainless Steel Vertical Bulk Storage Tanks utilize flanged and dished tops and bottoms up to 96″. Cone bottoms are also available and are utilized in any diameter over 96″. Sizes range from 300 gallons up to 30,000 gallons. We utilize Stainless Steel Angle feet or Skirt bottoms. We also specialize in ASME Code as well as UL Certified Tanks. Industrial tanks can be produced as Horizontal Tanks.

VERTICAL TANK OPTIONS

VERTICAL TANK OPTIONS -Bolt-on ladder, pipeline to one leg, locking ball valve on pipeline, educators, manhole with fill cap, access manhole in shell and larger outlet and vent opening. These tanks are available in 316 stainless steel.

VERTICAL BULK STORAGE MODEL 8690

The Model 8690 is a bulk storage tank available in capacities up to 30,000 gallons. This model is standard with 304 stainless steel shell, 304 S/S flanged and dished top & bottom heads up to 96” diameter (Larger diameter tanks will have a cone bottom), S/S angle legs and S/S feet or skirt, 2” top and bottom fitting and a 16” S/S inspection manhole.

INDUSTRIAL VERTICAL TANK MODEL I8690

The Model I8690 is an industrial vertical tank available in various capacities. This model is available in non-code and A.S.M.E. code tanks. This model is standard with 304 stainless steel shell, 304 S/S flanged and dished top & bottom heads, S/S angle legs and S/S feet. “Industrial tanks are also available in a horizontal design.”
