To Our Valued Customers,
Big W Sales continues to operate during this time as an “Essential Business” as defined by the Federal government. As such, we not only have the privilege, but the duty and responsibility to continue our operations the best we can in order to support the essential industries of Agriculture, Transportation, Chemical and Industrial.
As rates of new infections continue to grow, we are taking additional steps to protect our employees and customers to help reduce potential exposure:
We are limiting the number of customers inside our respective stores at one time. We ask that you abide by “social distancing” practices when you are inside our facilities. Please call ahead whenever possible, so we can have your order ready in advance of your arrival. We are open Monday thru Friday, 7:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., but will be closed on Saturdays for the month of April. We will review this decision as the situation evolves.
We continue to ask for everyone’s patience and understanding during this time as we continue to meet this new challenge.
Thank you for being an important part of the Big W Sales family and for being a loyal customer.
Ed Wunsch, Vice President

To Our Valued Customers,
Big W Sales has been deemed an “Essential Business” due to our role with distribution and manufacturing of fertilizer equipment, storage solutions, crop protection, repair parts and safety compliance needs to the agricultural and industrial industries. Because of this, all of our facilities are open for business and we are fully operational.
We recognize that our ability to serve you, our customer, impacts your ability to operate your business. We want you to know that we are here and ready to serve your needs. We assure you that there will not be a disruption in your ability to receive outstanding quality and service from us throughout this time.
To ensure supply continuity, Big W Sales has reached out to our major suppliers to gauge the overall impact that COVID-19 is likely to have on the flow of goods and services to our business. As of now, our suppliers are confident that there will be no major impact to supply continuity. We will continue to monitor the situation and work closely with our supplier partners to ensure material continuity remains intact.
In addition to our supply chain and large inventories, our sales reps, customer support teams, managerial staff and manufacturing division are prepared for continued unpredictability. Our focus is to provide you with quality products and services so you can continue operating during this challenging time.
Additionally, we are taking steps to minimize exposing our employees and customers to any potential illness by:
requesting employees who are feeling ill not to report to work having our Territory Managers coordinate all delivery and contacts with our customers to ensure we are abiding by the guidelines and procedures that you have requested and established for your respective facilities encouraging our employees to practice safe social distancing exploring remote working arrangements when possible implementing an extensive education campaign within the organization on handwashing, respiratory etiquette, and symptom recognition and posting signs and flyers throughout our facilities provided by the CDC and local health organizations
Our retail stores are open for will-calls, parts and product pick-up in addition to shipping product via UPS or common carrier. However, if you are feeling ill, we ask you do not enter our offices. Our team is working hard to keep our farmers in business and our communities and employees safe and healthy.
Sincerely, Ed Wunsch, Vice President
